Custom-made Shirts & Sweatshirts
Due to the personalized and unique nature of custom-made shirts, we regret to inform you that these items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. We highly recommend reviewing your order details, specifications, and sizing information before finalizing your purchase.
In the rare event that your custom-made shirt arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support team within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a return or replacement. To facilitate this process, kindly provide clear photographs of the issue, including the damaged item and packaging.

If you're a female ordering a product with Unisex sizing and you prefer a more fitted look, we strongly advise selecting a size one smaller than your usual choice.
Certainly, you have the flexibility to make changes to your order if you get in touch with our support team on the same day you placed the order. Please be aware that this policy does not apply to custom-made shirts or sweatshirts.
